By accessing our website (https://customer-50e07.web.app), submitting project inquiries, scheduling tutoring sessions, or interacting with our automated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

These terms represent a clear understanding between you (the "Client", "Student", or "Visitor") and ZyphTech Systems ("we", "us", or "our"), led by founder Muhammad Huzaifa.

ZyphTech Systems provides customized digital engineering, including custom web application development, mobile app development (Flutter/React Native), AI and automation workflows, and technical consulting.

Our Education Division delivers online 1-on-1 tutoring in Computer Science, programming languages, school STEM subjects (Grades 1–10), and authentic Quran recitation (Tajweed & Hifz).

• Free Trial Sessions: Introductory demo classes are offered to evaluate student baseline proficiency and match learning objectives without initial commitment.
• Parental Consent for Minors: Students under 18 years of age must have enrollment confirmed by a parent or legal guardian.
• Attendance & Rescheduling: Notice of at least 6 hours is appreciated for class rescheduling to allow tutors to adjust international schedules.

Our interactive chatbot (ZyphBot) provides helpful initial guidance regarding our technology capabilities, course options, and contact routing.

Information provided by the chatbot is intended for advisory and informational orientation. Final pricing, timeline commitments, and technical architecture are formalized through direct consultation with our leadership team.

Client Deliverables: Upon receipt of full payment for completed development milestones, all rights, title, and ownership of custom software deliverables are transferred to the client.

ZyphTech Assets: The ZyphTech Systems name, logo, website UI design, educational curricula, proprietary boilerplate frameworks, and website source code remain the exclusive intellectual property of ZyphTech Systems.

Users agree to interact with our platform and services responsibly. You agree not to:

• Transmit fraudulent, defamatory, offensive, or malicious material through inquiry forms or chat channels.
• Attempt to compromise website integrity, bypass access restrictions, or conduct automated data scraping.
• Engage in disrespectful or inappropriate conduct toward instructors, tutors, or engineers during live sessions.

All project quotations and educational session rates are communicated clearly upfront in USD or agreed local currency:

• Software Milestones: Development projects typically operate on milestone payments (deposit, midpoint demo, and final delivery).
• Education Packages: Tutoring fees are billed monthly or on mutually agreed class block intervals.
• Refund Policies: Completed engineering phases or delivered tutoring hours are non-refundable once fulfilled. Unused prepaid educational hours may be rescheduled or credited.

While we strive for technical excellence and reliable uptime, ZyphTech Systems is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from third-party hosting outages, external API modifications, or telecom interruptions beyond our direct control. Educational mentorship is designed to teach and guide; academic grades or certification outcomes ultimately depend on the student's own study effort and dedication.
